Refund Policy
Nishvault sells digital products and workflow artifacts. The refund policy is designed to protect buyers from failed delivery or wrong files while keeping downloaded digital products sustainable.
Full Refund Cases
If a buyer pays and Nishvault cannot deliver the purchased product, the buyer can request a full refund. If the wrong product is delivered and cannot be corrected, the buyer can request a full refund. If a file is broken and cannot be replaced with a working version, the buyer can request a refund or corrected delivery.
Correction Before Refund
For broken files, missing attachments, or mismatched formats, Nishvault may first correct the delivery by sending the right file, refreshed workbook, PDF preview, CSV, calculator, or gated download link. If correction does not solve the issue, the refund path remains available.
Downloaded Digital Products
Because digital products can be copied after delivery, refunds after successful download are limited to delivery failure, wrong product, materially broken files, or duplicate payment mistakes. A buyer disliking a successfully delivered digital product is handled as a support and improvement request rather than an automatic refund.
BTC and Crypto Refunds
Crypto refunds can be affected by network fees, exchange-rate movement, and confirmation timing. When a crypto refund is approved, Nishvault may deduct unavoidable network fees and calculate the refund based on the original received amount or mutually confirmed USD-equivalent policy for that transaction.
How To Request Help
Use the contact page with the product title, buyer email, order or payment reference, delivery problem, and preferred resolution. Do not send private keys, passwords, seed phrases, or unrelated sensitive information.
Policy Goal
The policy exists to make checkout safer. Buyers should see the preview before payment, understand what unlocks after payment, and know exactly what happens if fulfillment fails.
