Delivery or Refund Support
If a paid file is missing, broken, or different from the purchased product, include the order reference and describe the problem. Review the Delivery Policy and Refund Policy before submitting.

For a software or workflow shortlist, tell us the business type, current tool, must-have workflow, budget range, and decision deadline.
Vendor and Sponsor Requests
Vendors should include a public product URL, category, partnership contact, and preferred package. Paid placement is labeled and does not bypass product-quality review.
Response and Privacy
Nishvault stores the minimum information needed to answer the request, match an order, or deliver a purchased product. Support availability and any expected delivery window are stated on the relevant product or order page.
