  • Calculate each service price floor as direct job cost plus total per-job crew-hours multiplied by labor cost plus overhead allocation. Apply the uncertainty buffer, then round upward to the selected quote increment.
  • Safe remaining capacity equals available crew-hours minus booked service, booked travel and setup, booked cleanup, and the capacity reserve. Clamp a negative result to zero; feasible simple-sweep and multi-service counts are the whole jobs that independently fit within that remainder.
  • Day utilization equals booked crew-hours plus the planned mixed workload, divided by available crew-hours. Show an overload warning when booked work, planned work, and the reserve exceed available crew-hours; reschedule work or add confirmed capacity before accepting the mix.
