Nishvault collects only the information needed to answer a request, operate checkout, deliver a purchase, recover an order, and measure whether public pages are useful.

Information Collected

Forms may collect an email address, product or request type, buyer brief, order reference, payment reference, and support note. Public analytics can record page, click, campaign, device class, country code, and a first-party session identifier. Nishvault does not ask buyers for passwords, card numbers, private keys, or wallet seed phrases.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to answer requests, match payments, deliver purchased files, issue receipts, prevent abuse, understand page performance, and improve products. It is not sold as a contact list.

Public and Private Data

Product previews and limited verification details can be public. Buyer email, addresses, payment references, private delivery links, support messages, and order-recovery links remain private.

Retention and Requests

Order and receipt records are retained as needed for delivery, support, fraud prevention, accounting, and refund handling. Contact Nishvault to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable; records required for transaction integrity may be retained for the necessary period.

Third-Party Services

Payments, email delivery, fraud protection, hosting, and private file delivery may be provided by clearly identified service providers. Their own privacy terms apply when a buyer uses those services.
