These terms apply to Nishvault first-party digital products, free tools, checkout requests, private delivery, and support.

Product Scope

The product page and order record define the purchased title, price, included files, version, payment method, and delivery route. Previews are examples; the paid manifest identifies the complete deliverables.

License

Unless a product page states otherwise, a purchase grants the buyer a non-exclusive license to use and adapt the delivered files for the buyer's own personal or internal business work. Resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or publishing the original files as a competing product is not permitted.

Payments, Delivery, and Refunds

Payment confirmation is required before paid delivery. Delivery timing and refund eligibility follow the published Delivery Policy and Refund Policy.

Accuracy and Professional Advice

Templates, calculators, guides, and workflow tools help organize decisions but do not provide legal, medical, tax, investment, or other regulated professional advice. Buyers remain responsible for checking inputs, formulas, sources, and suitability for their circumstances.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Nishvault to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, impersonate another party, abuse payment systems, or attempt to access another buyer's private order or files.
