Delivery

Nishvault products use gated fulfillment: public pages show previews and proof of value, while full files are delivered only after payment/reference matching.

Before Payment

Each product page should show a sample table, visible deliverables, preview copy, price, payment method explanation, and links to refund, security, and contact pages. The buyer should be able to judge whether the kit is useful before paying.

After Payment

After checkout, the buyer submits or receives an order/reference trail. Fulfillment then delivers the full product bundle through private delivery. When Cloudflare R2 signed downloads are enabled, the buyer receives a time-limited link rather than a public static file.

Expected Timing

Automatic provider/webhook or verified wallet flows can issue delivery faster. Manual Payoneer reference fallback requires matching and may take longer. Product pages should not promise instant delivery unless the relevant provider automation is live and healthy.

What Gets Delivered

Premium buyer kits generally include a guide, scorecard, checklist, demo questions, vendor shortlist, pricing matrix, ROI calculator, RFP questions, filled example, PDF preview, XLSX workbook, and lightweight calculator or demo file. The exact file list is shown on each product page before checkout.

Failed Delivery

If a file link fails, a file is missing, or the wrong product is delivered, the buyer should contact Nishvault with the product title, buyer email, and payment reference. Delivery failures can be corrected or refunded under the refund policy.
