Before using your own records

1. Extract the ZIP and open the workbook in the documented Calc version; check for warnings.
2. Add a fictional invoice, partial payment and expense; check linked balances and summaries.
3. Save a separate XLSX, close and reopen it; verify data and formulas.
4. Export Summary as PDF and reopen the PDF; check all months and the chart for clipping.
5. Review input cells, date and number formats, validation, filters and appearance.
