Nishvault Ledgerlight Purchaser License — version 1
Effective for the Ledgerlight 1.0 digital package supplied with a purchase.

1. Permission
Nishvault grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, copy
for backup, and modify the delivered workbook for their own personal work or
internal business records. Use on multiple controlled devices is permitted.
Staff and accountants may work on the purchaser's records. One purchase covers
one purchaser or business, not template redistribution.

2. Reports and data
The purchaser owns their input data and may share, publish, or sell reports,
invoices, and outputs they create. This does not allow selling or sharing a
reusable workbook template. Sample names and transactions are fictional.

3. Restrictions
Do not resell, sublicense, publicly distribute, or rebrand the workbook, blank
template, supplied source files, or substantially equivalent template copies
as a competing product. Do not remove ownership or license notices. Sharing
the purchaser's reports and records with authorized recipients is permitted.

4. Included delivery and support
The one-time purchase supplies the stated version, documentation, and sample.
It is not a subscription. No guaranteed update schedule, individual bookkeeping,
custom integration, or support response time is included. Report delivery
problems, defects, or license questions at https://nishvault.com/contact with
the order reference. Do not send passwords or unredacted financial/client data.

5. Required software and calculations
The product page identifies the tested application/version. Office software
is obtained separately from its official provider; no Microsoft license is
included. Check inputs and outputs before relying on records. The reserve is
a user-selected cash-planning calculation, not a tax-liability calculation
or professional tax, accounting, legal, or investment advice.

6. Refunds and statutory rights
Payment/refund handling follows the published product offer, Nishvault refund
policy, applicable payment-provider terms, and mandatory law. Nothing here
removes non-waivable consumer rights. Warranty/liability limitations apply
only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nishvault retains ownership of its original template and documentation.
LibreOffice and Microsoft Excel belong to their respective trademark owners.
Neither provider sponsors or supplies this Nishvault product.
