Install the plugin ZIP inside the package
The private 16-file documentation package includes dist/inletform-plugin-1.0.0.zip. Upload that dedicated 6-file plugin ZIP in WordPress Plugins → Add Plugin → Upload Plugin, then activate. Create and publish a form, embed its generated shortcode on a page, send an invented inquiry and verify it under Inletform → Entries.
Support targets: WordPress 6.6+, PHP 8.1+ with mbstring and a working WordPress database. Observed QA used WordPress 7.1.3 / PHP 8.5.5 / the official SQLite integration. MySQL/MariaDB, other hosts, themes and browser engines remain unverified; use a backed-up staging site first.
Know what is stored
No email is sent. A storage confirmation means an inquiry was written to your WordPress database. It does not mean anyone read it. Answers are not encrypted at rest by the plugin. Administrators, database access and backups can expose them. Set accurate site privacy and retention notices, HTTPS, access protection, backups and hosting abuse controls. Do not collect medical, payment or other sensitive data using the example.
The plugin adds no analytics, tracking identifiers, outbound services or email. Hosting and browser logs are outside its control. Basic nonce, honeypot and duplicate protection do not replace a complete anti-spam service. Each form stops accepting new inquiries at 5,000 entries with an unsaved error; no silent purge is provided. Deactivation preserves stored records.
GPL software rights and included documentation
The complete native plugin, including its PHP, JavaScript and CSS, is GNU GPL version 2 or later. Corresponding source and full license are included. Recipients may use, modify and redistribute the plugin, including for a fee, under the GPL. The $29 price buys access to this supplied package and setup documentation; it does not remove those rights. Remaining original documentation/sample terms are subordinate to the GPL; separate preview and third-party rights remain intact.
No hosted service, guaranteed personal support, SLA, update schedule, email delivery or business-result guarantee is included. No attachments, payment handling, external mail service, conditional logic or multi-step workflow is provided.
