NisVault PayRelease Waiver
Create a free request link for a California conditional progress-payment lien waiver. The subcontractor completes the link, pays the $9 issue fee, and receives a signed PDF, verification URL, receipt JSON, and hashes only after payment is marked paid.
Create GC Request
GC, owner, or payment admin creates the request. Subcontractor issuance is paid by the subcontractor after the request link is opened.
