Compose your sequence

  1. Explore the original fictional Field Notes series or choose your own PNG, JPEG or WebP images.
  2. Edit captions and image descriptions, choose fade, slide or reveal, set transition duration, aspect ratio and interval, then apply settings.
  3. Save complete editable project JSON, export a self-contained HTML file or copy integration HTML with your images and configuration.

Bounds: 1–12 images, 4 MB each, 24 million decoded pixels per image, 32 MB project, transition duration 0–1500 milliseconds and interval 2–20 seconds. SVG, script and credential links are rejected. Use images you have permission to share. Project JSON, integration code and exported HTML contain your images and content; share those files intentionally.

Portable editing and integration

Browser draft storage is a convenience; download JSON for a portable backup. Generated standalone HTML contains jQuery, styles, plugin and embedded images. Copied integration HTML uses the app/ and vendor/ folders from the ZIP; keep those paths together or adapt them to your site. Clipboard support varies, with a select-and-copy fallback. Keep large integration blocks in your own files if your CMS has a small input limit.

Use thumbnails, Previous/Next or keyboard arrows, Home/End and Space while the slider region is focused. Autoplay starts off and pauses during hover, focus or hidden-document state. Reduced motion suppresses entry animation and initial autoplay. Explicit Play remains a user choice. This is a bounded component, not physical-device, cross-engine or full WCAG certification.

Personal and commercial project use

The approved free terms allow personal and commercial project use and sharing or selling finished outputs, including embedded viewer runtime. Redistribution or resale of the complete product/source package or a competing rebrand is excluded. Preserve the separate jQuery MIT notice. Read the use terms · Third-party notices.

Setup and limits

Read installation, methods, events and limits. No runtime build, external CDN or account is needed. Use your site's existing approved content-security policy; do not disable CSP to embed an inline export. Optional integration service requires a separate agreed scope, price and site authority. No guaranteed support, service-level agreement or update schedule is included.

On these hosted pages, fixed anonymous diagnostic counts help maintain the tool. Artwork, captions, links, names, filenames and project content remain in your browser. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable measurement. The downloaded studio and generated outputs contain no tracking.
