# Originality and notices

Sceneweave uses original Nishvault code. Its project validation, portable export, studio persistence and jQuery lifecycle primitives are derived from Nishvault's own Driftframe implementation and adapted for this product. The new transition renderer, duration control, thumbnail navigation and integration-code generator extend those primitives. This is disclosed reuse; no competitor source, template, branding or media was retrieved or copied.

The three Field Notes raster landscapes were created locally with scripts/create_sample.py from original geometric drawing instructions. They depict fictional scenes and no people. App/editor copy and configuration are original. LICENSE.txt contains the exact approved Nishvault free-product terms.

Bundled jQuery3.7.1 retains its MIT license in vendor/jquery-LICENSE.txt. Do not replace that notice with Nishvault terms. jsdom26.1.0 is a development-only dependency and is not in the delivery ZIP; its dependency notices remain in the installed development package. Python, Pillow and Node are development tools outside the customer package. No external font or remote asset is required at runtime.
