# Originality and dependencies
Original Horizonweft core/geometry/project/HTML output, native jQuery plugin, studio, CSS, free fixed viewer and fictional Quiet Ridge illustration were authored for Nishvault. Safe rendering/portable file workflow and hosted metrics patterns draw on owned Nishvault prior products; no competitor implementation was copied. Only the public reference description was read to preserve the flat panoramic scrolling/jQuery customer job. No downloaded competitor code/media/design/brand.

Bundled vendor/jquery-3.7.1.min.js and jquery-LICENSE.txt are owned project copies of upstream jQuery3.7.1 MIT distribution, retaining exact notice. They were not copied from the competing product. Dev-only jsdom26.1.0 dependencies are npm-locked and excluded from the package; installed dependency licenses remain separate. Python/Pillow original illustration generator uses no external image input. Customer runtime needs no library beyond bundled jQuery; no remote font/API/telemetry.

Native core math is tested with numeric boundary cases; actual DOM/plugin unit tests use deliberately synthetic Image/ResizeObserver/pointer fixtures. These fixtures cannot establish real browser decode/drag or device compatibility. Those observations remain exclusively under current real QA receipts. No invented photographer/real location/sales/revenue/benchmark claims.
